Chris Brown might have gone to incarceration now if L.A. prosecutors had their opportunity… simply because they asked a judge to deliver him right to the pokey.

Chris made an appearance for a listening on the D.C. brutality situation, wherein he appears accused of hitting up a guy very last October. The listening was held by the judge in the Rihanna beating circumstance, who can decide if Chris violated his probation by allegedly committing the assault.

Prosecutors asked the judge to throw Chris in jail straight away and allocate a probation violation hearing. Prosecutors declare "Brown's violent behaviors continues to rise in brutality and frequency" and he causes "an growing danger to society."

The D.A. declares they have now examined the D.C. case — interviewing witnesses and investigating proof — and they state there is probably lead to to assume Chris is guilty as charged.

The judge, however, determined Chris was much better off completing his 90-day rehabilitation for anger control than staying thrown away in the county jail, so he shut down prosecutors.
